1. Get Pre-Approved

2. Define Your Dream Home

What does your ideal home look like? Do you need a quiet, family-friendly street? A short commute to work? A breathtaking view to enjoy with your morning coffee? Clarifying your must-haves will help us focus on the right properties.

3. Let’s Connect

Once you have your pre-approval and a clear vision of what you’re looking for, let’s meet! I’ll walk you through the process, discuss your goals, and develop a tailored strategy to help you navigate the market with confidence.

4. Viewing Homes

Now the fun begins! Some markets move quickly, while others require patience, but being prepared is key. I’ll keep you informed about listings—including off-market opportunities—so you can make well-informed decisions and view only the homes that truly fit your criteria.

5. Making an Offer

You’ve found the perfect home—now it’s time to make it yours. Sellers can accept, reject, or counter an offer, but with my expertise in negotiation and strategy, we’ll craft a competitive offer to give you the best chance of success.

6. Accepted Offer!

In real estate lingo, this is called an "A.O.!"—and it’s an exciting milestone! At this stage, we’ll arrange a home inspection, finalize financing, and remove any conditions before officially committing to the purchase.

7. Completion Day

You’re almost there! Once all conditions are met, you’ll submit your deposit and sign the final paperwork with your lawyer. The property will officially transfer to your name—time to start packing!

8. Possession Day

The big day has arrived! The keys are in your hand, the moving trucks pull up, and you step into your new home for the first time as the owner. Congratulations—welcome home!
